Rocky Ridge: New Luxury Construction Coming to Henderson, NV

If you've driven through Green Valley recently, you may have noticed a new gate going up. That's Rocky Ridge, a new luxury residential community from Christopher Homes — and for buyers looking for new construction in Henderson, it's one worth knowing about.
What Is Rocky Ridge?
Rocky Ridge is planned as an intimate gated community with just 26 homesites and six available floor plans.
Homes are expected to range from approximately 3,081 to 4,923 square feet, with pricing beginning around $1.8 million.
One feature that immediately stands out: the homesites are designed with enough space to accommodate a private pool — something that's understandably high on many Las Vegas buyers' wish lists.
Community Amenities
In addition to the private residences, Rocky Ridge is planned to offer several community amenities, including:
Gated access with nightly security patrol
Dog park
Community garden
Fruit orchard
Optional concierge services through Seneca Managed Living
For buyers who want the privacy of a luxury single-family home while still having additional services available, that combination could be particularly appealing.
What About Las Vegas Strip Views?
If a view is high on your wish list, this is something you'll want to address early.
Only four of the 26 homesites are expected to offer Strip views, making those particular lots a limited opportunity within the development.
Reservations and Expected Delivery
Reservations are currently open through September 30, with a $25,000 fully refundable deposit holding a buyer's place in line. Homesites are being assigned based on reservation order, with the first deliveries anticipated in early 2027.
And there's one important detail before you drive over to take a look: sales-site tours and lot reservations require a private appointment rather than a walk-in visit.
If Rocky Ridge is on your radar, contact me before visiting. I can help you evaluate the available homesites, floor plans and location and arrange a time to see the community in person.
